Beginning June 1, 2021, we have fully re-opened to the public!

  • Masks are no longer required to be worn, in accordance with guidelines set by the State of Rhode Island.
  • You are welcome to continue wearing a mask if you choose.
  • You must continue to reserve your spot in ALL classes!
  • Schedule is subject to change at anytime.
  • IMPORTANT: If you reserve a spot and cannot make it and cannot find a replacement – you MUST cancel by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email NO LATER than one hour before class time to open the spot for someone else.
  • If you fail to receive your emailed confirmation of reservation within 30 minutes of making a reservation, please check your email's spam folder. If you do not find it, please alert Heidi as soon as possible so we may investigate why you are not receiving confirmation emails.
  • If you FAIL to cancel a reservation and do not show show up for class, you will be charged $15.
  • Sweatshop Fitness will continue to be cleaned by Enviro-Master Services on a weekly basis in addition to daily sanitation practices.
  • We are now accepting new registrations.
